Singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong (23) is complaining of waist pain following a recent car accident.
While heading to the film set of the hit KBS 2TV drama "Boys Before Flowers" last month, Kim suffered a car accident near the downtown Cheonggye Stream area. Kim cited waist pain at the time and the hospital advised him to check in but, due to tight shooting schedule, he delayed treatment until after the drama is over at the end of March.
His management agency said, "Kim's waist pain is continuing, so when the drama is over, Kim will clear his schedule and rest in a hospital for a month. His band, SS501, was scheduled to release a regular album in April in Japan, but it has been put off until May. After the drama, he also needs to shoot several TV commercials, so we adjusted his schedule to provide for sufficient rest."
The agency added that Kim's recent collapse during the Macao shoot was due to long hours of shooting without having proper regular meals, resulting in a gastric ulcer.

Goo Hye Sun said this while doing an interview from her hospital ward on 28th February. She said, “It is fortunate that this isn’t a major accident. But because of the swelling, it is hard to talk.”
Recalling the accident, Goo Hye Sun bumped into the front seat when the accident happened, and her lips and nose started bleeding. During the interview she still have a pressure bandage on.
“I am glad that I only lost consciousness temporarily when the accident happened and I could help myself with the bleeding after regaining consciousness. I was then helped out of the car by the coordinators.”
Because of the immense popularity of drama Boys Over Flowers, there were many visitors at the hospital even though Goo Hye Sun had made it clear she will not be entertaining an visits/interviews. The hospital had to guide the exit and entrance of the hospital.
Goo Hye Sun had resumed the filming of ‘Boys Over Flowers’ on the night of 2nd March.
